Under a Lead Vendor model we would require 100% of your agency requirement. Driving Logistics would then allocate all shifts as per each agency percentage agreed. Our typical model usually allocates two other second tier agencies 20% each.

This model is very common where a client does not want to put all their eggs in one basket for all their agency requirement needs. Therefore, the shifts are managed accordingly and all performance is relayed back to the client.
